Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of high-strength TiC-based porous ceramic, which comprises the following steps of: (1) sequentially loading weighed titanium powder and graphite powder into a ball milling tank of a planetary ball mill, then carrying out ball milling on the ball mill for 4 hours, and finally screening the ball-milled powder and milling balls by using a stainless steel sieve, the screened powder is used as a raw material for later preparation of the high-strength carbide; (2) mixing the ball-milled titanium and carbon mixed powder with calcium oxide powder, and ball-milling for 10 minutes; (3) the fully mixed powder is put into a graphite mold with the diameter of 25 mm for hot pressing sintering, a layer of graphite foil is cushioned in the graphite mold and at the two ends of an upper ejector rod and a lower ejector rod, and a TiC/CaO composite material is formed in the sintering process; and (4) firstly taking out the sintered sample from the mold, polishing the outer surface of |
