The preparation method of the Bi2WO6 photo-anode comprises the following steps: adding bismuth salt into deionized water and glacial acetic acid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment and stirring to obtain a solution A, adding tungsten salt into deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment and stirring to obtain a solution B, slowly adding the solution B into the solution A, continuously stirring to obtain a mixed solution, putting washed FTO conductive glass into the mixed solution, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction, and drying to obtain the Bi2WO6 photo-anode. And naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with water, and annealing to obtain the Bi2WO6 photo-anode. The photoelectrode prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has relatively strong photoelectrocatalytic oxidation-reduction capacity and relatively good phot
