Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of treatment of glioblastoma, and particularly relates to application of a ZNF92 gene in preparation of anti-glioblastoma drugs. According to the invention, a new treatment strategy for inhibiting brain glioma epithelial-mesenchymal transition by targeting ZNF92 is explored, an intracranial in-situ animal model is constructed, and the biological process that ZNF92 transcriptionally activates HSPA5 escape ferroptosis and further regulates and controls the brain glioma epithelial-mesenchymal transition is verified. The important regulation and control effect of a ZNF92 mediated ferroptosis event in the brain glioma epithelial-mesenchymal transition process is clarified, a new mechanism of malignant development of the brain glioma is found, potential treatment targets are excavated, and a GBM effective treatment strategy is explored.
