The porphyrin metal organic framework material PCN-600 with uniform morphology and uniform particle size can be synthesized, carboxylation modification and TPP-NH2 modification are carried out on the porphyrin metal organic framework material PCN-600, the stability of the photosensitizer is improved, early leakage or decomposition of the photosensitizer is avoided, and therefore the photodynamic therapy effect on tumors is effectively improved.
