Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of semen preservation solutions, and particularly relates to a preservation solution for goat semen and a preservation method thereof. Every 100 mL of the preservation solution comprises the following components: a component A: 1.2 to 1.3 g of fructose, 1.7 to 1.8 g of citric acid monohydrate and 3.5 to 3.6 g of trihydroxymethyl aminomethane; the component B is prepared from the following components: 19 to 21 mL of fresh yolk, 3.5 to 4.5 mL of vitamin E, 0.4 to 0.6 g of bovine serum albumin, 0.4 to 0.6 g of vitamin C, 3.5 to 4.5 mL of glycerol, 10000 to 15000 IU of penicillin sodium, 10000 to 15000 IU of streptomycin sulfate, 0.5 to 0.7 mg of Y-27632. 2HCl, 5 to 6 mg of ectoine, 0.2 to 0.3 mg of bifendate, 0.3 to 0.4 mg of tiopronin, 0.5 to 0.6 mg of amifostine, 2 to 2.5 mg of azithromycin and 0.1 to 5 mg of dexamethasone; and the balance is double distilled water.
