An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may include: a housing; a first circuit board disposed in the housing; the flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the first circuit board; a coil antenna disposed inside the housing and including a plurality of antennas having a conductive pattern formed to generate a magnetic field; a shielding layer disposed under a first antenna among the plurality of antennas; and a metal shield disposed on a side surface of the coil antenna and shielding a magnetic field in the first direction among magnetic fields formed by the coil antenna. 根据本公开的各种实施例的一种电子装置可以包括：壳体；第一电路板，设置在壳体中；柔性电路板，电连接第一电路板；线圈天线，设置在壳体内部并包括多个天线，所述多个天线具有形成为产生磁场的导电图案；屏蔽层，设置在所述多个天线当中的第一天线下面；以及金属屏蔽件，设置在线圈天线的侧表面上并屏蔽由线圈天线形成的磁场当中的在第一方向上的磁场。
