Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-efficiency stacked perovskite and cadmium telluride laminated solar cell, which comprises a top perovskite photovoltaic cell with a band gap of 1.55 eV, a stacked layer and a bottom cadmium telluride photovoltaic cell with a band gap of 1.39-1.40 eV, wherein the top perovskite photovoltaic cell, the stacked layer and the bottom cadmium telluride photovoltaic cell are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The stacking layer is used for bonding the top perovskite photovoltaic cell and the bottom cadmium telluride photovoltaic cell, the bottom layer of the top perovskite photovoltaic cell is a first transparent substrate layer, the top layer of the bottom cadmium telluride photovoltaic cell is a second transparent substrate layer, and the refractive index of the stacking layer is matched with the refractive index of the first transparent substrate layer and the refractive index of the second transparent substrate layer.
