The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an instrument panel video; carrying out key frame extraction on the instrument panel video to obtain a to-be-detected key frame; performing image segmentation on the to-be-detected key frame to obtain a to-be-detected image; inputting the to-be-detected image into the reading reading model, and outputting to obtain an instrument reading reading result; and processing the reading result of the instrument reading to obtain the instrument reading.
