Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a thin film thermocouple error compensation method and system based on a fusion neural network. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a BP neural network; fusing a particle swarm optimization algorithm into the BP neural network model; taking the thermoelectric force of a standard thermocouple temperature sensor as an output label, taking the thermoelectric force of a thin film thermocouple as an input feature, putting the output label and the input feature into the trained neural network, and achieving a training target through self-training learning of the trained neural network; and calculating the minimum error between the predicted value of the output voltage of the trained thin film thermocouple temperature sensor and the output voltage of the standard thermocouple temperature sensor according to a calculation method of an MSE loss function.
