Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a metal corrosion pit removal machining surface generation method which comprises the following steps: acquiring corrosion pit point cloud of a metal surface to be repaired, and processing the corrosion pit point cloud to obtain a point cloud section line and a point cloud guide line of a corrosion pit; constructing a parameterized base surface of the corrosion pit; adjusting the parameterized base plane according to the point cloud section line and the point cloud guide line to generate an initial processing surface; taking coordinates of control points in the initial machining surface as optimization variables of a UG optimizer, taking cold spraying additive manufacturing requirements as optimization constraints, taking the minimum average value of the sum of the minimum distances from each point of the corrosion pit to the initial machining surface as an optimization objective function, and utilizing the UG optimizer to solve and carry out iterative adjustment on the control points |
