Zusammenfassung:	A dual-drive mechanical oil pump comprises an oil pump shell and an oil pump rotating shaft, the oil pump rotating shaft is located in the oil pump shell, the two ends of the oil pump rotating shaft extend out of the oil pump shell, ratchet mechanisms are installed at the two extending ends of the oil pump rotating shaft respectively, and each ratchet mechanism comprises a chain wheel, a driven wheel and a pawl. The chain wheels are meshed with driven wheel ratchets arranged on the circumference of the driven wheel through chain wheel ratchets arranged on the inner circle, the fixed ends of the pawls are hinged to the driven wheel, the free ends of the pawls are clamped in tooth grooves of the chain wheel ratchets, the rotating direction of the two chain wheels and the rotating direction of the driven wheel are the same as the rotating direction of an oil pump rotating shaft, and the chain wheels are connected with different power sources through chains.
