Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature release glass fiber coating and a spraying process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering. The invention relates to a high-temperature release glass fiber coating, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 30-50 parts of acrylic acid; 30 to 50 parts of polyurethane acrylate; 10 to 16 parts of a cross-linking agent; 2-6 parts of a conductive polymer; 1-3 parts of expanded graphite; 2-8 parts of fluorocarbon resin; 4-8 parts of nano aluminum oxide; 5 to 9 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent; and 10-30 parts of a solvent. According to the invention, the colloid with excellent temperature resistance and solubility resistance is obtained through copolymerization and cross-linking reactions; the release film contains the conductive polymer, so that the release film has very strong antistatic capability; and the shrinkage rate is reduced by adding expanded graphite. 本发明公开了一种高温离型玻璃纤维涂料及其喷涂工艺,属于化工技术领域;一种高温离型玻
