The microbial agent comprises saccharomycetes, actinomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and cellulose decomposition bacteria, the lactic acid bacteria are wrapped in the capsule B, the saccharomycetes are wrapped in the capsule A, and the nitrogen-fixing bacteria are wrapped in the capsule C.
