Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of protein engineering, and discloses a preparation method and application of a peptoid collagen hybrid peptide maintaining single-chain conformation. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) replacing proline in a glycine-proline-hydroxyproline triad of a collagen hybrid peptide with a strong partial cis-peptide bond peptoid residue, so as to prepare a peptoid collagen hybrid peptide; and (2) dissolving the peptoid collagen hybrid peptide in an acid solution to prepare a peptoid collagen hybrid peptide solution maintaining single-chain conformation. The N2pic3-CHP provided by the invention has a triple helix hybridization capability stronger than that of the traditional GPO sequence CHP. Fluorescence imaging experiments prove that the CHP can keep a single-chain state without preheating treatment at pH 3.0, and can hybridize with denatured collagen with diseases of active collagen remodeling or serious collagen destruction. 本发
