Zusammenfassung:	The drinking water disinfection and purification device comprises a filter tank, a water inlet is formed in the upper end of one side of the filter tank, an arc-shaped filter screen is arranged at the upper end of the filter tank, a water wheel is rotationally connected into the arc-shaped filter screen, and a power generator connected with the water wheel is installed at one end of the filter tank; a sedimentation tank communicated with the filter tank is arranged on one side of the filter tank, a plurality of catalytic tanks which are lowered step by step are arranged on one side, close to the overflow port, of the sedimentation tank, and a flowing catalytic cavity with an opening in the upper end is formed in each catalytic tank; a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel which are communicated with the bottoms of the corresponding flow catalysis cavities are formed in the left side and the right side of each catalysis pool respectively; a catalysis light supplementing lamp is mounted at the upper en
