The device comprises a reaction material boat for containing a catalyst, and a carbon nanotube production line consisting of a catalyst feeding bin, a feeding glove box, an electric cracking furnace, a discharging glove box and a carbon nanotube discharging bin which are connected in sequence, the cracking tube between the carbon nanotube discharge glove box and the electric cracking furnace is connected with an atomized liquid ammonia feed port, and atomized liquid ammonia is added into the cracking tube, so that a catalyst can be reduced to a low-order state, and the production multiplying power of the catalyst and the yield of carbon nanotubes produced by hydrocarbon gas can be greatly improved; and the openable sealing covers are arranged at the two ends of the cracking tube, are opened during feeding and discharging of the reaction material boat and are closed after feeding and discharging, so that the cracking fu |
