Comprising a honeycomb-shaped metal oxide composite carrier and a palladium metal coating loaded on the surface of the honeycomb-shaped metal oxide composite carrier, the honeycomb metal oxide composite carrier is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 80 to 85 percent of TiO2, 3 to 6 percent of WO3, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of V2O5 and the balance of Al2O3 and SiO2.
