System and method for monitoring comfort of individual

A method includes generating data using one or more sensors. The data includes (i) environmental data relating to an environment of the user and (ii) physiological data associated with the user during a sleep period. Based at least in part on the physiological data, a comfort score associated with the user during the sleep period is determined. The comfort score indicates a comfort of the user during at least a portion of the sleep period.
