The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video through a camera; transmitting the acquired video to a video acquisition card through an optical transceiver; optical signals are transmitted between the optical transceivers to resist electromagnetic interference; processing the video through a video processing subsystem; and comparing the pixel brightness average values of the current frame and the stored area, judging whether the light brightness is changed, whether the change degree exceeds a specification and whether the motion trails are consistent, if not, triggering an alarm prompt, and if yes, continuing monitoring.
