Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for determining new energy permeability under frequency security constraint, and belongs to the technical field of new energy of a power system. On the basis of the operation condition that the frequency is unstable when a power system is disturbed by power, a traditional synchronous unit is used for providing stable inertia support, and a virtual synchronization technology is used for controlling a fan and energy storage to provide inertia support and fast frequency response power for the system; and on the premise, the bearable wind power limit permeability of the system is calculated by considering the time sequence characteristics of the source load and the inertia supporting capacity of each traditional synchronous unit, double-fed fan and energy storage. According to the method, the unit operation condition of the system is comprehensively considered, the inertia supporting capacity of the doubly-fed fan and the energy storage device for the system is considered, and re
