Zusammenfassung:	In order to lower the service cost and bring the Potentional function into full play, the present invention changes the structure of the available tire into one that the tire body is covered by two bearing rings with string course separately, and the tight coupling is implemented by expansion after aeration. The high strong and wearing material is used to make the tread, meanwhile various adaptable bearing rings are equipped. Since the adaptability of radial tyre to said construction is much higher than that of cord-less tyre which is regarded as the desire of tyre industrial revolution by the West, so it will exert a tremendous influence on future development of the tyre.
