The method comprises the following steps: acquiring value-added service income, cost and electricity selling income of an electricity selling company; according to the value-added service income, the cost and the electricity selling income of the electricity selling company, calculating the electricity selling income of the electricity selling company under each retail package of each preset electricity price conduction mode in a preset electricity selling company income model; and selecting the electricity price conduction mode and the retail package corresponding to the maximum electricity selling income.
