Zusammenfassung:An excavator main excavation area defining method based on force arm proportion comprises the steps that firstly, the concept of force arm coefficients is introduced, the force arm coefficients are selected on the basis of a force arm curve and a transmission ratio curve of each tool mechanism, and a force arm coefficient proportion scheme is established on the basis of force arm changes caused by different excavation modes; then based on a working domain atlas analysis method, a bucket and bucket rod limit excavation force model and a composite excavation force model considering moment, the working range, excavation force and limiting factors influencing excavation force exertion of different schemes are researched, and therefore the influence rule of different force arm coefficient ratios on the excavation performance of the excavator is obtained through analysis; and the main excavation area defined by the force arm coefficient ratio is obtained.
