Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of control science and engineering, and particularly relates to a dynamic regulation and control method of a reentrant manufacturing system based on an observation state. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a dynamic evolution equation of the reentrant manufacturing system under a complex network, then constructing a fuzzy model of the reentrant manufacturing system by utilizing a fuzzy method, designing a fuzzy state observer according to the fuzzy model, and giving a condition of observation error convergence; thirdly, a fuzzy dynamic controller is designed based on the observation state, and a reentrant manufacturing system stabilization condition is given; and finally, providing a method for solving each parameter. According to the dynamic regulation and control method, the state in the actual industrial production process can be effectively monitored in real time, production is regulated and controlled according to the monitored sta
