Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-adaptive magnetic shoe parameter testing device which comprises a working table, a mounting frame is mounted above the working table, a first testing assembly and a second testing assembly are arranged on the mounting frame, the first testing assembly comprises a cylinder body, a magnetizing and demagnetizing coil is wound outside the cylinder body, an oil cavity is formed in the cylinder body, and a magnetic shoe is arranged in the oil cavity. A slidable pole head is arranged at the other end of the oil cavity; the pole head comprises a plurality of pole pieces which are overlapped with one another and can slide relatively; the invention further discloses an implementation method of the self-adaptive magnetic shoe parameter testing device. The multiple pole pieces can slide relatively, under the action of hydraulic oil, the end of each pole piece can be attached to the surface of the tested magnetic shoe according to the radian of the tested magnetic shoe, and therefore the mag
