The monitoring system comprises the vehicle filter monitoring equipment, a server and a user side, the vehicle filter monitoring device at least comprises a controller and a pressure measuring sensor which are arranged on a vehicle filter. The pressure measuring sensor is used for collecting differential pressure electric signals of the vehicle filter; the controller is used for determining a sampling mileage, determining a sampling pressure difference according to the pressure difference electric signal, and sending monitoring data at least comprising the sampling pressure difference and the sampling mileage to the server; the server is used for carrying out authenticity verification and health monitoring on a filter element in the vehicle filter according to the monitoring data to obtain a monitoring result, and sending the monitoring result to the user side; the user side is used for displaying the monitoring result.
