The invention relates to a harmonic reducer reliability test bench and a test method. The harmonic reducer reliability test bench is composed of a mechanical part and a control part. The mechanical part is composed of horizon iron, a torque rotating speed sensor support, two motor supports, two harmonic reducer supports, two hydraulic push rod supports, two servo motors, two harmonic reducers, two circular gratings, two output shafts, two bearings, two hydraulic push rods, two couplings and a torque rotating speed sensor. The control part comprises an experiment control and monitoring system which is mainly composed of a motor control system, a thrust control system and a performance monitoring system.
