Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-purity nickel-magnesium intermediate alloy and a preparation method thereof, the intermediate alloy comprises the following main metal elements in percentage by weight: 9-17% of magnesium and the balance of nickel, and the sum of impurities is less than or equal to 0.1%. The preparation method provided by the invention is different from common induction melting and vacuum induction melting processes, and adopts a pressurized inert gas protection melting process and a rapid solidification technology. The method disclosed by the invention is stable and reliable in production and high in yield. The obtained nickel-magnesium intermediate alloy is good in consistency and high in purity, the requirement for high purity of nickel-based superalloy smelting raw materials is fully met, and introduction of nitrogen, oxygen and other elements and inclusions is reduced.
