Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a three-dimensional model constructed based on a 3D printing technology in in-vitro evaluation of the whitening effect of cosmetics, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The 3D printing technology based on an extrusion mode is used, bio-ink components and printing conditions are optimized, customized 3D graphs are designed through software, melanoma cells are accurately printed, and an in-vitro three-dimensional model with the space and the size being accurate and controllable is constructed; in the same way, the method is suitable for 3D printing of similar cells. Experiments prove that the three-dimensional model of the melanoma cells is stable, the cell viability is good, and the melanoma cells can be used for evaluating the whitening effect of cosmetics in vitro after being cultured. Compared with a two-dimensional culture method, the three-dimensional model is closer to a real physiological level, experimental data are more real and reliable, the melanoma |
