The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing grape pulp tissue slices; (2) carrying out susceptible culture on the grape pulp tissue slices on an MS solid culture medium to obtain grape pulp tissue slices in a susceptible state; (3) immersing the grape pulp tissue slices in the susceptible state in an agrobacterium dip dyeing solution containing a target carrier, then carrying out vacuum-pumping treatment and pressure maintaining, then releasing vacuum to normal pressure, and taking out the dip-dyed grape pulp tissue slices; and (4) cleaning the grape pulp tissue slices dip-dyed in the step (3), then culturing, and determining a transient expression result. The gene transient expression method using the grape fruit as the material is suitable for the grape fruit with thin peel and large pulp tissue swelling pressure, and ha
