Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicine. Specifically, the invention discloses an African swine fever virus antigen epitope peptide or a coding nucleic acid thereof, a monoclonal antibody specifically bound with an African swine fever virus S273R protein antigen epitope, a hybridoma cell strain secreting the monoclonal antibody and application of the hybridoma cell strain in preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating African swine fever virus infection. The invention also relates to application in a reagent for detecting and/or diagnosing African swine fever virus infection. The antigenic epitope of the African swine fever virus S273R protein provided by the invention is a B cell linear epitope, the minimum antigenic epitope is located at the 136th-140th amino acid of the S273R protein, and the antigenic epitope is a truncated peptide containing an EELQY core sequence (as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3).
