Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of polypeptide preparation and biological medicine, and particularly relates to a sea cucumber antioxidant polypeptide and application thereof. Three polypeptides with good antioxidant activity are screened from a sea cucumber body through a separation and purification method, and the sequence structures of the polypeptides are identified. Meanwhile, tests prove that the sea cucumber polypeptide has excellent thermal stability, and the three polypeptides can maintain more than 80% of antioxidant activity after being heated at 100 DEG C for 1 hour.
