Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing quercetin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside from dried tangerine or orange peel and application of the quercetin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) taking the dried tangerine or orange peel as a raw material, extracting by using an organic solution, combining extract liquids, and carrying out rotary evaporation to dryness on a solvent to obtain an organic layer extract AE; (2) separating and purifying the organic layer extract AE through a column to obtain a component AE-3; (3) separating and purifying the component AE-3 again to obtain a component AE-3-10; and (4) carrying out a pancreatic lipase activity inhibition experiment.
