The glass fiber impregnating compound comprises effective components and water, effective components comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 20-52% of low-molecular-weight epoxy resin emulsion containing epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 400-800, 4-20% of high-molecular-weight epoxy resin emulsion containing epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 1200-1800, 2-10% of low-molecular-weight water-borne epoxy resin solution containing water-borne epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 300-400, 8-24% of an organic silicon lubricant, 0.5-2% of a defoaming agent, 0.5-2% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water.
