Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of biological products, and particularly relates to a recombinant protein subunit nasal mucosa vaccine aiming at new coronavirus infection as well as a preparation method and application of the recombinant protein subunit nasal mucosa vaccine. The nasal mucosa protein subunit vaccine CS/S-RBD/O-HTCC is prepared by taking two polysaccharide derivatives of 6-O-quaternized chitosan (O-HTCC) and sulphated curdlan polysaccharide (CS) as mucosa adjuvants and taking an SARS-CoV-2 spike protein receptor binding domain S-RBD as an antigen. Experimental results show that the vaccine can induce BALB/c mice to generate effective systemic and local immune responses. In addition, the research finds that the booster immunity can generate a protection effect on a wild type S-RBD, a beta mutant type S-RBD and an omicro mutant type S-RBD. The result shows that the vaccine has a broad-spectrum protection effect, and has a huge application value as a new coronavirus vaccine reinforcem
