Magnetic field generating device and motor provided with same

The invention provides a magnetic field generating device capable of generating a large amount of magnetic flux with a simple structure and a motor. The magnetic field generating device is provided with a magnetic pole, a facing magnetic body facing the magnetic pole in the facing direction, and an inner support member. The magnetic pole comprises a plurality of first iron cores, a plurality of second iron cores, a plurality of third iron cores, a plurality of fourth iron cores and a plurality of back permanent magnets. Each of the plurality of first to fourth iron cores has a magnetic pole face facing the opposing magnetic body and a back face on the opposite side, and the plurality of back permanent magnets are disposed on the back faces of the plurality of first to fourth iron cores. The plurality of first and third iron cores are alternately arranged in a first arrangement direction orthogonal to the facing direction to form a first iron core row. The plurality of second and fourth cores are alternately a
