The electrochemical sensor has excellent sensitivity, stability and anti-interference performance in detection of ACOP, PAP and PNP by utilizing the synergistic electrocatalysis effect of the bimetallic nanoparticles. The electrochemical sensor can be successfully applied to electrochemical detection of human serum sample ACOP, the recovery rate reaches 95.9-100.5%, a solution is expected to be provided for quantitative analysis of ACOP, and the electrochemical sensor has huge application potential in pharmacodynamics and pharmacology research.
