The invention discloses a system and a method for testing the pretightening force of a belting connecting and unlocking device. The system comprises a tensile machine, a strain evaluation instrument, a computer, a plurality of strain gauges, a connecting plug and a wire. Firstly, a strain gauge is pasted on a wrapping tape; then, tension is loaded on the belting step by step on a tensile machine, a strain evaluation instrument collects a corresponding strain value under the tension of each stage, and a computer records a calibration relation between the tension value and the strain value through strain data collection software; in the process of loading the pre-tightening force of the belting connection unlocking device, the strain evaluation instrument collects the strain value of each measuring point, the tension value of each point is converted according to the calibration relation, and the average value of all the measuring points on each belting is the pre-tightening force of the belting connection unloc
