Biomass is used as a matrix, pretreatment is performed through a deep eutectic solvent and a cosolvent, cellulose is selectively extracted, cellulose is stripped through physical modes such as ultrasonic and shear homogenization, a high-dispersity cellulose suspension is obtained, and the water-stable cellulose aerogel is prepared under the high concentration. The fibers with the high length-diameter ratio are subjected to self-winding, and the cellulose aerogel material with good water stability is obtained after freeze drying; the preparation method is simple, large-scale production is easy, complex and expensive instruments do not need to be used, meanwhile, a cross-linking agent, dissolution regeneration and further oxidation are not needed in the aerogel preparation process, environmental hazards caused by using high-toxicity reagents are avoide
