According to the method, the current industrial production scheme for extracting and purifying the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide is supplemented, the application of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide in food can be perfected by measuring the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide, and meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide extraction method can be more accurately evaluated by measuring the sugar content and the protein content of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide.
