According to the torque-strength-controllable knitted material winder, the wound knitted material and the driving motor are in a movable abutting connection state, the pressure between abutting connection parts is controllable by means of the large-range compressibility of high-pressure gas, and once the phenomenon that the traction force is too large occurs in the winding process, the wound knitted material can be prevented from being damaged.
