The composite catalyst shows excellent peroxidase and oxidase simulation activity, and has super strong active oxygen generation capability. The composite catalyst can induce endoplasmic reticulum stress and cell apoptosis related to the endoplasmic reticulum stress, and can significantly enhance the immunogenicity of tumors and activate immune response by inducing immunogenic cell death, promoting T cell infiltration and dendritic cell maturation, stimulating inflammatory factor release and the like; and primary and metastatic tumors are inhibited in cooperation with immune checkpoint blocking drugs.
