Application of intermittently limiting protein intake in preparation of function of protecting glomerular structure

The invention discloses application of intermittent limiting of protein intake in preparation of drugs for protecting glomerular structure functions. According to the method, feeding of low-protein feed per week is limited for 3 days in feeding of common feed, then feeding of normal protein feed is conducted for 4 days, and protein intake is reduced by reducing the total protein energy supply ratio in food; the energy supply ratio of protein in the low protein (LPD) feed is 5%; the energy supply ratio of protein in a normal protein (NPD) feed is 16%. Experimental results show that intermittent protein limitation can achieve the purpose of treating early diabetic nephropathy. 本发明公开了间歇性限制蛋白摄入在制备用于保护肾小球结构功能方面的应用。它是在饲喂普通饲料中限制每周饲喂低蛋白饲料3天，随后饲喂正常蛋白饲料4天，通过减少食物中总蛋白供能比的方式降低蛋白质摄入；所述的低蛋白(LPD)饲料中蛋白质的供能比为：5%；正常蛋白(NPD)饲料中蛋白质的供能比为：16%。实验结果显示：间歇性蛋白限制可以达到治疗早期糖尿病肾病的目的。
