Compositions comprising combination of collagen or elastin polypeptide and active ingredient and methods of use thereof

The present invention provides compositions comprising a collagen polypeptide (e.g., a human type 21 collagen polypeptide or a truncated thereof) or an elastin polypeptide (e.g., a human elastin polypeptide or a truncated thereof) and one or more active ingredients. The invention also provides compositions comprising an elastin polypeptide (e.g., a human elastin polypeptide or a truncation thereof) in combination with a collagen polypeptide or a truncation thereof. Formulations, such as personal care products, comprising the compositions are also provided.
