Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of lasers, and provides a radio frequency laser which comprises a power box, a radio frequency cavity, an electrode and a first metal baffle ring. A first mounting hole and a first mounting groove are formed in a bottom plate of the power supply box, and the first mounting groove is arranged around the first mounting hole; a top plate of the radio frequency cavity is provided with a second mounting hole and a second mounting groove, the second mounting groove is arranged around the second mounting hole, when the power supply box is assembled in the radio frequency cavity, the second mounting hole is arranged corresponding to the first mounting hole, and the second mounting groove is arranged corresponding to the first mounting groove; one end of the electrode is arranged in the first mounting hole, and at least one part of the other end of the electrode penetrates through the second mounting hole and extends into the radio frequency cavity; and the first metal baff
