Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of power batteries, in particular to a power battery thermal management system which comprises a battery box, a battery pack, a temperature sensor, a heating unit, a heat dissipation unit, a super capacitor and a controller. A loop is formed between the battery pack and the super capacitor; the controller is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the heating unit, the heat dissipation unit, the battery pack and the super capacitor. Compared with the prior art, the power battery thermal management system has the advantages that the battery pack and the super capacitor are matched to supply power to the heating unit, and the low-temperature-resistant super capacitor is used for supplying power to the heating unit in the severe cold condition environment at the initial temperature rise stage of the power battery, so that the battery pack can be quickly heated at the initial temperature rise stage.
