The method comprises the following steps: realizing universal automatic data acquisition of a plurality of simulation platforms by defining a data acquisition configuration file, and starting a plurality of threads to carry out distributed multi-thread data receiving and processing on data streams of the plurality of simulation platforms, establishing time index information and key event index information for each received data stream, and packaging the time index information and the key event index information; and correspondingly establishing a data playback configuration file, determining a playback initial position according to the data playback configuration file on the basis of time index information or key event index information during data encapsulation during simulation data playback, reading playback data according to the playback initial position, and performing de-encapsulation, and re
