The method comprises the following specific steps: an unmanned aerial vehicle performs obstacle avoidance detection at a time point TCurrentSiteEnd when completing inspection of a current station and reports a detection result to a dispatching desk; according to a detection result, the dispatching desk determines a patrol starting time point TNextSiteStart for going to a next patrol site; the dispatching desk determines a time period [TCurrentSiteEnd, TNextSiteStart] as a silence period, and then issues a silence indication, an inspection route and an inspection program to the unmanned aerial vehicle; and the unmanned aerial vehicle stops at the current station for silent obstacle avoidance in the silent period according to the silent indication, flies to the next inspection station according to the inspection route after the silent period ends, and loads the inspection program to perform personalized inspection on the power equipment.
