Zusammenfassung:The geometric phase type metasurface is influenced by the polarization state of a light beam, a unit structure only changes in a specific polarization direction and generates corresponding phase delay, and the energy of incident light is greatly reduced due to the addition of a polaroid, so that the energy utilization rate of an optical device is relatively low. According to the design, a double-layer cascade structure is provided, a periodic gold elliptic cylinder array is arranged below a substrate, linearly polarized light entering the gold elliptic cylinder array is converted into circularly polarized light, and the effect is equivalent to that of a quarter-wave plate; tiO2 rectangular blocks with different direction angles are arranged above the substrate according to the geometric phase principle, so that the converted circularly polarized light converges at one point after passing through the TiO2 rectangular blocks, and the focusing effect is achieved. The polarization conversion and focusing function
