Liquid supply ports of the multiple cooling liquid units are connected in parallel and then connected with a liquid inlet of the heat load, liquid return ports of the multiple cooling liquid units are connected in parallel and then connected with a liquid outlet of the heat load, and therefore cooling liquid circulation is formed.
